bienvenue

Bonjour, mes amis! I am finally in the beautiful, romantic, and currently very froid city of Paris... How are you all doing? It feels like it's been forever! I spent my last few days home with best friends and famiy, in addition to some errands which included picking up my French visa, (oh my gosh, to say that that process is a pain would be a vast understatement!) but to be honest, I really could have used some more time. Unfortunately, I didn't, and flew out promptly on Saturday night to begin my European adventure. I wish I could've brought everyone along, poor me ;).

It has been utterly wonderful so far. J'adore Paris and France and everything about its rich culture, arts, and food. Delicieux! I would also love to share some pictures with you, but... I sent my laptop to Strasbourg, am currently using the computer at the hotel, and won't be able to upload them until I land in my new home on January 14th. I just wanted to check in while I still can during my traveling seminar. Hope that's okay! We've still got Bruges, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Cologne, and Bonn up ahead, and I'm pumped :)! Thanks to all my bloggie friends for sticking around and welcome to any new ones that have hopped on along the way.
