Campus France is a much more complicated process than they make themselves out to be. I was trying to fill everything out yesterday and eventually I just gave up (for the day) because I wasn't even sure I had been doing any of it right, lol. On the plus side, my advisor in the abroad office sent me a huge step-by-step email, explaining each part in detail, so let's hope that and a little Humpday luck will help :).
Dinner featured one of my favorites, Salmon patties alongside a heaping portion of rice, and later on, cucumber, lettuce, & onion salad. Yum, yum, yum. This was a wonderful break from being in front of the computer all day! Then I went to the corner grocer to see if they had finally gotten a shipment of my yogurt in and they had! It certainly made for an equally as enjoyable dessert! Tomorrow I've got a busy day ahead, class in la mañana, shopping trip with "mom," run at the gym with a friend, homework, and baking. It's Isidora's (my host-sister's) birthday on Thursday and out of my entire list of cookies I could make her for the occasion... she requested the same Chocolate Chocolate Chip Walnut cookies I made for Julieta's first birthday party. Darn, I've been craving delectable chocolate treats all week and now I'm just going to have to make them ;). Have a good night girlies, be back some time tm!
